Please add yourself to our waitlist using the button at the top of the page so that we can fairly contact families in the order they contact us. When you click on the “Add yourself to waitlist” button, you will be taken to a page with my calendar. I do not currently have any immediate openings but availability can change frequently and so I recommend you scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Can't find a time? Add yourself to Dr. Emily Gault's wait list.” button (it’s small lettering in the bottom left corner of the webpage). You will then be able to indicate what type of appointment you are looking for and tell me various days and times you would be able to meet. You will also be able to briefly describe what you’re looking for which is helpful for me to see.

Due to a high volume of calls and emails, our response time to calls and emails may be delayed. It is helpful if you’ve already added yourself to the waitlist. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as possible. To be able to continue accepting insurance (Aetna and United) and keep our services accessible with regards to accepting insurance, we maintain low business costs and, therefore, do not have an assistant on staff to help manage family calls. This allows me to focus on providing quality care while keeping expenses manageable and services accessible. If you do not have Aetna or United insurance, we also accept self-pay. We serve families in the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch areas via in person or telehealth and we also service families across the state of Florida via telehealth.

We are only in office certain days of the week. Please do not show up to our location without a scheduled appointment.

June: Friday, June 20th, Monday June 23rd

July: Tuesday July 1st, Wednesday July 2nd, Thursday July 3rd, Friday July 4th

August: Friday, August 8th. Thursday, August 21st, Friday August 22nd

Upcoming Maternity Leave:

Dr. Emily Gault will be going on maternity leave November 15th, 2025. She anticipates returning to work in early spring 2026. She will be accepting new families this summer, but may not accept long term new cases starting around August 2025 to ensure you are set up with a provider who can provide the full ongoing support that you need based on your circumstances.

Families who have already established services with Dr. Emily before maternity leave, will be prioritized in her schedule when she returns in 2026.
