Therapy (insurance or self-pay)
Therapy sessions are 60 minutes and $250 per session for self-pay paid the day of the session. We will provide a superbill to show what you have paid for out of pocket that you can then submit to your insurance company to see if they are able to reimburse you for out-of-network care.
If you are using Aetna or United insurance, the cost per session is determined by your healthcare plan (co-pay).
Evaluations & Testing (self-pay only)
Comprehensive evaluations: $2,500-$3,000 (results and report provided within ~4 weeks from testing date). Half of the cost of evaluation is paid as a deposit to hold the testing date when booking the appointment and the second half of the fee is paid the day before the child’s testing appointment. If needing weekend testing = +$500 additional (subject to availability)
If needing report provided quickly = +$500 additional (subject to availability - results and report provided within 2 weeks from testing date)
Gifted testing: $700-900 (results and report provided within 2-5 business days
